Season 1 of Made In Heaven was released back in March 2019 on Amazon Prime Videos. It is created by Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti and directed by Nitya Mehra, Prashant Nair, Zoya Akhtar, and Alankrita Shrivastava. The script was written alongside Alankrita Shrivastava. The show did pretty well and the audience has been waiting for the renewal ever since.
In April 2019 Zoya Akhtar announced on her Instagram that the show will be renewed for season 2. Taking into consideration the picture she posted, it could be inferred that she was writing the script of season 2 episode 8. The fans have been excited and we’re waiting for this. But due to the COVID-19 lockdown, the shooting got paused. It has not been updated when the shooting will resume.

Made In Heaven is produced under the banner of Excel Entertainment. The story of the show revolves around two wedding planners, Tara and Karan. They run the Made In Heaven agency while fighting with their struggles. It has been found that season 2 will have an international setting as their agency is taking the operation to a foreign country.
